Mozzarella stuffed cheese burgers

INGREDIENTS (per burger)

  • 125g extra lean beef mince
  • 30g Red onion, finely diced
  • 30g 50% less fat mozzarella
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • Brioche burger bun (or personal bun of choice)

METHOD

  • Combine the mince, onion and seasoning in a bowl
  • Half the mixture and flatten in to burger shapes
  • Add the mozzarella to the centre of one of the burgers and place the second burger on top, sealing the edges
  • Cook the burgers under a medium grill for around 10-15 mins, turning half way
  • Toast the brioche bun and fill with salad of choice
  • Enjoy!
