Simple Summer Smootie

Smoothies are a perfect way to get that all important nutrition on board and take the stress out of preparation. They can be perfect pre or post workout, check out our quick and easy summer smoothie

What you need:

  • High power blender
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla PhD pharma whey HT+
  • A handful of spinach
  • ice
  • 100ml milk of choice (I used coconut)


Method:

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend on high until smooth
  • Enjoy!
