We offer a range of exercises classiest suit every ability and experience level. See below for the descriptions of the different style classes we do and check our timetable to see when they are on.
Our classes are very popular so its recommended that you book your sessions in advance. All classes are included in our memberships and can be booked through the gym app, non-members or casual users can create an account here to book sessions.

A class involving skill/ strength elements + a fast paced Metcon (metabolic conditioning) section
Slower paced initially, allowing for more coaching and development
Great for those wanting to learn how to weightlift safely & learn/ develop gymnastic skills such as handstands, pull ups, rope climbs
