We offer a range of exercises classiest suit every ability and experience level. See below for the descriptions of the different style classes we do and check our timetable to see when they are on.

Our classes are very popular so its recommended that you book your sessions in advance. All classes are included in our memberships and can be booked through the gym app, non-members or casual users can create an account here to book sessions.

 
 

Bootcamp

  • Our original style of class dating back to when we launched in 2010!

  • Circuit training style of class

  • Longer (60mins)

  • Loads of exercise variety!

  • Moderate intensity

  • Great for all ability levels inc beginners

HIIT

  • High intensity interval training

  • Short (30mins)

  • Fast paced

  • Intense

  • Less technical movements

  • Great for all ability levels inc beginners

 

WOD

  • A class involving skill/ strength elements + a fast paced Metcon (metabolic conditioning) section

  • Slower paced initially, allowing for more coaching and development

  • Great for those wanting to learn how to weightlift safely & learn/ develop gymnastic skills such as handstands, pull ups, rope climbs

  • Longer (60mins)

  • Low & High intensity

Conditioning

  • No skil/ strength elements

  • Interval based

  • Longer (60mins)

  • Smaller exercise variety

  • Moderate-High intensity

  • Great for all ability levels inc beginners

 

Endurance

  • No skil/ strength elements

  • Continuous session moving through various elements/ exercises with no breaks

  • Moderate length (45mins)

  • Lighter loads

  • Less technical movements

  • Low-Moderate intensity

  • Great for all ability levels inc beginners
